Terms and conditions
We’d like to introduce you to our most important terms regarding your stay at our B&B.
Therefore, we invite you to read it entirely. If you want to proceed your reservation, these conditions will be showed again in a confirmation mail.
- Entrance details : A steep staircase is placed at the entrance of the facility: it could rapresent a huge obstacle for a disabled or limited mobility person. However, a helpful carrying service is provided for any luggage and belongings
- Arrival : it’s possible to check-in starting 4pm until 8pm. Therefore, we kindly invite you to send us any important detail about your arrival time, in order to provide you a proper welcome service.
In case of a late arrival, we must remember you an extra fee of 10€ is applied for any registration after 8pm (last time slot available : 10pm)
- Departure : our guests are allowed to remain in their rooms until 10.30am and it’ possible to leave to us any luggage until 1.30pm. However, an afternoon storage solution is offered for a 5€ extra fee. Extra : an alternative storage option is available near the Central Station of Bari, a valid escape if you’re planning to take a train or a plane.
- Breakfast is usually served starting 8.30am until 10.30am, but in case of any business need, please reach us out for an early service.
-- RATES: two rates are available, Standard (flexible) and Non refundable.
-- Standard (flexible) rate
- In case a standard rate has been chosen, it is possible to cancel for free until 7 days before the arrival. In case of a severe health issue or in case your flight has been cancelled, it won’t be possible to cancel your reservation for free with no exception.
-- Non refundable
- No refund available in any case after cancellation.
- There are no exceptions of any kind, but no penalty will be charged for cancellations made within 4 hours of booking.
-- Payment terms
- These following cards are accepted: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, JCB, Maestro, CartaSi, UnionPay credit card, American Express.
-- General Rules :
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Quiet hours : 2pm > 4pm.
- No party or private events are allowed.
- It is not permitted to enter in staff only area.
